At Eterea Jewelry, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our jewelry. To ensure your satisfaction and peace of mind, we offer a limited warranty on all our pieces.

Coverage

Our warranty covers:

  • Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship

  • Loose stones or broken clasps due to production faults

What is not covered:

  • Normal wear and tear, including scratches, tarnishing, or fading of gold plating

  • Damage caused by misuse, accidents, improper care, or exposure to chemicals

  • Loss or theft of jewelry

Warranty Period

The warranty period is 6 months from the date of purchase. Please retain your proof of purchase to make a warranty claim.

Making a Warranty Claim

To request a warranty service:

  1. Contact us at eteraejewelry@hotmail.com with a description of the issue and photos of the affected item.

  2. We will evaluate your claim and provide instructions for returning the item if necessary.

  3. If the claim is approved, we will repair or replace the item at no additional cost.

Important Notes:

  • Warranty service is available only for items purchased directly from Eterea Jewelry.

  • Shipping costs for warranty returns are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is confirmed to be defective.

  2. Wir prüfen Ihren Anspruch und geben Anweisungen für die Rücksendung des Artikels, falls erforderlich.

  3. Wird der Anspruch genehmigt, reparieren oder ersetzen wir den Artikel kostenlos.

  • Der Garantieservice gilt nur für direkt bei Eterea Jewelry gekaufte Artikel.

  • Versandkosten für Garantie-Rücksendungen trägt der Kunde, außer der Artikel ist nachweislich fehlerhaft.
